Description

All Ksport Airtech Systems feature high quality air bags, proven to handle the stress and abuse of daily driving as well as drift circuit use. Take advantage of the near infinite adjustability thanks to the adjustable lower mount, 36 levels of damping adjustment, and the unmatched height adjustability (0-120/200mm depending on vehicle) of air suspension. These air suspension kits are designed for easy bolt-on installation. No modifications to OEM shock absorbers, or OEM top mounts is required. Vehicle may need to be modified for air line routing. All Ksport Airtech Systems use VIAIR compressors, and can be raised from the lowest setting to max height in as little as 2 seconds. All Hoses, wiring, and installation manuals are included.

Their Pro Plus system has all the features of the Pro kit but adds four wheel independent control for even more control over your vehicle. No switches or gauges are needed with this kit and no complex wiring is involved. Instead the kit is operated off a single OLED color screen remote control. The remote displays air tank pressure and front/rear air bag pressure. Four user presets can be saved so you can have quick access to changing your ride height on the fly. The Pro kit offers 2 way adjustability where you can adjust front and rear independently. The system will also auto level during driving (based on air pressure only). Memory for engine start will automatically set the ride height you choose. The remote can be charged via standard mini USB and we even include a convenient car charger. Our seamless installtion control box is standard along with dual Viair 380c compressors. A polished lightweight 5 gallon air tank is another welcomed upgrade from our Basic and Deluxe kits. A standard 3 button remote control is also included as a back up in case the battery dies on the OLED remote. Professional installation is recommended.

* Airtech Pro and Pro Plus will raise your vehicle in 2-5 seconds. Basic and Deluxe require 4-7 seconds.

Lightweight polished 5 gallon air tank is standard with our Pro, Pro Plus and Executive kits. Carpeted mounting board included.

Ksport seamless installation

Our control unit offers as simple an installation as possible. Simply run your air lines to the box and connect 4 wires to our quick disconnect plug, wire up the compressors and relay and you?re done.

OLED Full Color Remote & Additional Backup Basic Remote Control

Cutting edge remote using an OLED full color display to show your air tank pressure as well as each corner?s air pressure. In addition, the remote allows 4 ride height presets. These presets can be recalled with 1 touch of a button. The OLED remote can be charged via the included USB car charger. Extra basic remote is also included.

Viair 380c Air Compressors

All our kits except the Basic kit come with 2 Viair 380c compressors. We chose to use Viair compressors for their reliability and performance.

Wide Range Height Adjustability

Range of lowering is 0 to 120/200mm depending on vehicle.

High Pressure Air Bags

Engineered and designed to match your vehicle. Sleeve type and double bellow type bags are available depending on what type of OEM suspension your vehicle has. Air pressure directly corresponds with how stiff or soft your car rides. Higher PSI = stiffer ride. Lower PSI = softer ride. Each car is different and it may take some time to dial in your preferred settings.

High Performance Ksport Shock Absorbers

Every air kit comes with the same quality shocks that are standard in our Kontrol Pro coilover systems. Air kit shocks have a different internal valving setting to accommodate changes in PSI.

Adjustable Lower Mount

Adding further fine tuning of your ride height at any PSI setting you chose is the ability to have an adjustable lower mount just like our coilover kits. The benefit to this is being able to get the perfect ride height at basically any PSI you are comfortable driving at.

36 Way Adjustable Damping

All Ksport AirTech systems offer 36 levels of damping which allow you the ability to dial in your air suspension even further. Set damping softer (counterclockwise) or stiffer (clockwise) by simply inserting the included damping knob and turning it either way.

12 Month Limited Warranty

Their warranty is 12 months from the original date of purchase which covers manufacturer defects.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please send an email to sales@jdmuscleusa.com or use our return portal located at the top of the page to set up a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Giftcards
  • Special-ordered items, including anything custom products

 

If you choose to email us to initiate a return, please ensure to include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) that you wish to return
  • Reason for returning

Depending on your method of payment, transaction fees might not be refundable which ranges between 2.3% - 6% of the order value. Note this is charged by a third-party payment provider, not us. You may receive a full refund if you choose to receive a store credit instead.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition/ is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Some manufacturers would charge a restocking fee ranging from 10% - 30% of the original order value. Below is a list of some but now all of them, please be mindful when placing the order / considering a return:

  • ESR 30%
  • JDMuscle 15%
  • PLM 20%

 

Cancellation

Please ensure you have contacted us on availability before placing an order. All cancellations could be subject to 2.3% - 6% fee to cover transaction costs charged by third-party payment providers. You have 7 days to cancel an order, once the order has been processed(item packaged/ tracking number has been created), the cancellation will not be allowed but you may contact us for a return request if the item is eligible for return.

Special-ordered items cannot be canceled.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days(depending on the payment provider). The restocking fee might be applicable as noted in the return section.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Once you have received an email/text from us stating the refund has been processed, at this stage, it's completely out of our control but depends on the payment providers to decide when the refund will show up in your bank. As noted, depending on the payment provider the process can take up to 10 business days(usually 3-5). If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank statement. A lot of times instead of a new line showing a reversal charge/credit, the payment would just disappear from your pending section.


Contact your credit card company/financing company you used, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted but reaching out might help expedite the process.
