G35

The best performance parts for an Infiniti G35 are quality coilovers or lowering springs, a cat-back exhaust and intake for the VQ35, a sway bar upgrade, and a big brake kit. The VQ35DE and VQ35HR respond well to breathing mods, while chassis upgrades fix the stock car’s biggest weaknesses: soft damping and heavy understeer. Start with suspension and tires, then add power.

The G35 shares the VQ platform with the Nissan 350Z, so many engine, suspension, and brake parts fit both cars — but coupe and sedan fitments differ, and the 2007–2008 G35 sedan’s VQ35HR uses different cam, exhaust, and intake parts than the earlier VQ35DE. Lowering springs or coilovers from Tein and Eibach sharpen turn-in and stance, Hotchkis sway bars cut body roll, and Tomei exhaust manifolds and camshafts unlock the VQ’s signature wail. When shopping, match parts to your engine code and body style first, then to your goal: street, drift, or track.

Browse the G35 alongside its platform siblings in our Nissan 350Z parts, Nissan 370Z parts, and Nissan / Infiniti parts collections. Standout parts include the Hotchkis coupe sport sway bar kit, the Tomei Expreme exhaust manifold for the VQ35DE, and Tein S. Tech lowering springs for the G35/G37 coupe. Do 350Z parts fit the G35?

Many do, since both cars share the FM platform and VQ engines — but always confirm engine code (VQ35DE vs. VQ35HR) and coupe vs. sedan before ordering, because exhaust, intake, and some suspension parts differ.

Which G35 years does this collection cover?

The collection covers the 2003–2008 Infiniti G35 range, plus parts shared with the G37 and 350Z. Check each product’s fitment notes for exact years and body style.

How hard are suspension and sway bar installs?

Springs and sway bars are a weekend job with basic tools and an alignment afterward; coilovers and camber kits are straightforward for a shop. Budget an alignment after any ride-height change.

Will these parts void my warranty?

Aftermarket parts alone do not automatically void a warranty, but coverage depends on the dealer and the failure — see our Infiniti guide linked above for more context.
