Superpro

The best suspension bushings for a WRX or STI are SuperPro's polyurethane bushing kits. Designed and manufactured in Australia from a proprietary polyurethane elastomer, they replace the soft factory rubber in your control arms, sway bar mounts, and subframe — tightening steering response and keeping alignment geometry stable under hard driving.

Factory rubber bushings are built for comfort, not precision: they flex under cornering loads, which means vague turn-in and alignment numbers that wander mid-corner. Polyurethane bushings cut that deflection dramatically so the suspension moves the way the geometry was designed to move. SuperPro's range covers full replacement bushing kits as well as void fillers — inserts that stiffen the factory bushings without pressing the old ones out, for a faster install with most of the benefit.

What to look for: match the kit to your exact year and model, since bushing dimensions change between chassis generations. Control arm and subframe bushings are the biggest bang for your money; sway bar bushings should be sized to your bar diameter, and any control arm bushing job should be followed by an alignment. Shoppers also compare suspension bushings from Whiteline and Cusco — browse the Suspension Bushings, Sway Bars, and Control Arms collections to plan the full upgrade.

Popular kits include the SuperPro front control arm lower-inner bushing kit (SPF3728K) and the SuperPro rear sway bar mount reinforcement brace (TRC1005). For background reading, see our guide to upgrading Subaru suspension and handling components.

Do I need an alignment after installing control arm bushings?

Yes. Changing control arm bushings can shift your alignment settings, so schedule an alignment right after the install.

What's the difference between a void filler and a full bushing kit?

A void filler is an insert that stiffens the existing factory bushing, while a full kit replaces the bushing entirely. Void fillers install faster; full kits give the maximum stiffness.

Are SuperPro bushings suitable for daily driving?

Yes — SuperPro's polyurethane is engineered to control noise and vibration while improving handling, so many owners run them on daily drivers and weekend track cars alike.

Do SuperPro kits fit vehicles beyond Subaru?

Yes — the range covers many makes, including Honda Civic control arm sets. Always match the kit number to your exact year and model before ordering.
