ISC Suspension

What are the best ISC Suspension coilovers for a Subaru WRX? The ISC N1 V2 lineup is the core of this collection: the Street Sport V2 suits daily-driven WRXs that want adjustable ride height and damping without a punishing ride, while the N1 V2 Track is valved for drivers who spend real time at HPDE or autocross. Both are built around the WRX chassis rather than generic universal kits. Confirm the listing covers your generation — 22-26 WRX, 15-21 WRX, and 08-14 fitments are all different.

About ISC Suspension Parts

Coilovers replace the factory strut and spring with a single height-adjustable unit — the most transformative handling upgrade for a WRX or STI. Look for threaded-body height adjustment (set ride height without preloading the spring harsh), adjustable damping to balance street comfort and track control, and front camber plates for alignment on a lowered car. Spring rates reveal intent: softer rates ride better daily, stiffer rates keep the car flat at the limit. A proper setup also needs supporting pieces — adjustable arms to restore alignment after lowering, and hub-centric spacers to fine-tune track width.

ISC Suspension is a suspension specialist best known for its N1 coilover line — a mainstay of the Subaru and import scene for drivers who want real adjustability at a mid-range price. Its reputation rests on application-specific development: N1 kits are valved and sprung for the chassis they're sold for, not one generic damper with different brackets. Here you'll find the N1 V2 Street Sport coilover kit for the 22-26 WRX for daily-driven cars and the N1 V2 Track coilover kit for the 22-26 WRX for serious track time — same family, different damping and spring philosophy. The supporting catalog covers the rest of the job: the adjustable toe arm kit for alignment correction after lowering, 20mm hub-centric wheel spacers for 5x114.3 Subarus, and coilover covers to protect threaded bodies from road salt. ISC Suspension FAQs

Do ISC coilovers fit my WRX generation?

N1 kits are generation-specific — a 22-26 WRX kit won't bolt onto a 15-21 car. Check the listing's fitment notes for your exact year and model.

Do coilovers need an alignment or a tune?

A professional alignment is mandatory — ride height changes alter camber, toe, and caster. No ECU tune is needed; the "tuning" is corner balancing and damping adjustment, best done by a shop.

Are ISC coilovers comfortable for daily driving?

The Street Sport V2 line is built for street use with adjustable damping — soften it for commuting, firm it up for weekends. The Track line runs stiffer valving: great on circuit, noticeably firmer on rough roads.

How hard is the install?

A moderate job for a home mechanic with hand tools — expect a full day. Arms and spacers are simpler bolt-ons. Budget for the alignment afterward either way.
