The Verus Engineering Hood Louver Kit for the Toyota GR86 and Subaru BRZ helps reduce engine bay heat and pressure. The louver improves cooling stack efficiency and underhood component longevity, and adds a bump in front-end downforce by alleviating air pressure in the engine bay. Using scan data, the louver was developed to have an OEM-type fit and finish to the hood contour, placed in an area that removes minimal underhood structure and in a low-pressure zone for maximum evacuation. CFD and on-track data showed the louvers dramatically reduce underhood temperatures.
