The Verus Engineering Hood Louver Kit helps reduce engine bay heat and pressure on the 350Z. By utilizing the OEM hood, the kit retains the hood's structural rigidity and ensures the hood keeps its shape after years of use. Utilizing CFD, the louvers are placed in a low-pressure location on the hood for maximum effectiveness, following OEM body lines while reducing the amount of structural material removed. Hot air is evacuated from the engine bay and cooler air is pulled in from the radiator/grill area, improving cooling stack efficiency and reducing front-end lift. Offered in black powdercoat or raw aluminum, and weighing less than most carbon vent hoods.
