Description

Turbosmart's Gen4 Comp-Gate40 is a 40mm external wastegate designed to fit tight engine bays while delivering superior flow and heat handling capabilities. The actuator housing is 25% smaller than previous designs and allows for easy spring changes, and the cap orientation can be indexed in 12 different positions for versatile installation. Suitable for all turbocharged engines with an external wastegate turbo system, for street and racing applications.

  • Part numbers: TS-0505-1005 (Blue) / TS-0505-1006 (Black) - 7 PSI middle spring installed
  • 40mm valve; one-piece coated stainless steel valve
  • Silicon Nomex diaphragm
  • V-band inlet and outlet to suit 40mm fitment; flanges suit 1.75 in. outside diameter pipe
  • Twin 1/16 in. NPT reference ports
  • Spring options from 3 PSI to 26 PSI available
  • Supplied with: 7 PSI middle spring (installed), valve seat, inlet and outlet weld flanges, inlet and outlet V-band clamps, 2 x 1/16 in. NPT blanking plugs, 2 x 1/16 in. NPT vacuum nipples, locking ring removal tool
