The stock top mount intercooler becomes heat soaked after a few minutes of hard driving, intake manifold temperatures rise, and power output drops because the hotter air coming out of the intercooler is less dense. The TurboXS front mount intercooler core is 28 inches wide, 8 inches tall, and 3.75 inches thick.
