The TEIN FLEX Z coilover kit for the 2008-2014 Subaru WRX STI is a ride height adjustable, twin-tube coilover kit with 16-level damping force adjustment and included upper mounts. Part number: VSS84-CUSA1-C.

• Sealed Structure: the top end of the shell pipe is drawn, oil and gas are injected, and the opening is completely sealed by a crimping process, reducing production time and cost compared to disassemblable dampers.
• Twin-tube system, in pursuit of ride comfort on streets, with sufficient stroke, low friction and smooth movement for a supple ride at low speed and stable ride at high speed.
• Full-length ride height adjustment system enables adjustment of ride height by adjusting the case length, without changing damper stroke length or spring pre-load, so the change in ride quality is kept minimal when height is adjusted.
• 16-level damping force adjustment (compression and rebound together) with needle valve, using the ADVANCE Needle for oil flow control.
• Compatible with the EDFC Series (some models are not compatible), which control damping force from the cockpit and can expand 16-level adjustment to finer 32-level or 64-level adjustment.
• Upper mounts are included for easy installation.
• Springs are included and are made of high-tensile steel SAE9254 (tensile strength 200 kgf/mm2 or over), cold formed for excellent resistance to sagging.
• Replacement Service is available for FLEX Z in place of overhaul/revalving service, because its Sealed Structure components cannot be disassembled.
• Made in Yokohama, Japan.
