Bypass Valve

The most critical job of a recirculating bypass valve (BPV/BOV) is to evacuate boost pressure from the charge circuit when the throttle closes. Without this release, the pressurized air hits the closed throttle, reflects back toward the turbo compressor wheel, and can cause it to slow, stall, or surge—hurting performance and reliability.

Our Wave Spring Bypass Valve is designed to do this job better and faster than the factory valve.

Most stock and aftermarket diaphragm-based valves force a compromise:

• Fast response, but low flow area

• Or high flow, but sluggish operation

The OEM valve is a textbook example—it opens quickly but features a tiny 5/16" valve opening (roughly the diameter of a 16-penny nail). That small opening limits how much pressure it can evacuate, reducing turbo efficiency and throttle response.

The Nameless Performance BPV eliminates this tradeoff. Using a wave spring-actuated piston design, it offers:
