Please Note: Intake-only AVCS engines. Upgraded valve springs are required. Due to the lobe size, head castings may need to be filed down slightly for clearance; check during install. Must be installed by an experienced technician. Verify fitment before purchase.

Description

The GSC Power Division Stage 1 Camshafts are billet S1 camshafts for the USDM Subaru WRX STI and WRX with intake-only AVCS, for stock frame upgraded turbos or up to 500 WHP upgrades. The manufacturer states these cams will not drop any low end power and create more power and torque across the entire RPM range.

  • Billet S1 camshaft set for intake-only AVCS engines
  • For stock frame upgraded turbos or up to 500 WHP upgrades
  • Intake: 268 / 225 @ .040", 10.8mm peak lift, AVCS centerline
  • Exhaust: 266 / 225 @ .040", 10.4mm peak lift, 113 centerline
  • Upgraded valve springs are required; beehive valve springs are recommended but not required
  • Cam placement: long nose = left side, short nose = right side
  • Due to the lobe size, head castings may need to be filed down slightly for clearance; check during install
  • Proper break-in and high zinc oil are required; must be installed by an experienced technician
