This is the largest (power wise) GT20 Garrett turbocharger, it's rated to 230 HP and works great on smaller 3 and 4cly engines. This is a great turbo for karts and lawnmower pulling where high pressure ratios are needed. We carry the 727264-1 PN, if you need a different orientation, please give us a call.
