The FactionFab Timing Belt Guide for Subaru EJ engines replaces the factory timing belt guide, which is made out of thin and flimsy steel and has a limited range of adjustment. The FactionFab guide features billet 6061-T6 construction and is engineered to better surround the timing belt, providing an additional range of adjustment to reduce the chances of a skipping belt along with a reduction in deflection if the timing belt does try to skip.
