Equal Length Header - Subaru FA24 2022 and up WRX

GrimmSpeed Equal Length Header - 2022-2025 Subaru WRX
GrimmSpeed brings unmatched precision and deep exhaust system expertise to the table with their Equal Length Header for the 2022+ Subaru WRX. By carefully analyzing the shortcomings of the factory manifold, the GrimmSpeed team designed a high-quality, performance-driven solution that surpasses OEM standards in both durability and output.

Optimized Flow with Equal-Length Design
Each exhaust runner is CNC-bent and precision-trimmed from a single piece of tubing to eliminate excess welds, ensuring uninterrupted flow and enhanced durability. This true equal-length layout minimizes variation between runner paths—an essential factor for maximizing the performance of the FA24’s twin-scroll turbo configuration.

Advanced Cast Collector for Seamless Integration
At the heart of the header is a cast 304 stainless steel merge collector, engineered for smooth transitions and unrestricted flow. Its design not only supports optimal runner spacing but also allows the header to fit cleanly between the stock skid plate and oil pan without compromising performance or ground clearance. Compared to traditional welded collectors, the cast design provides improved reliability and reduced risk of cracking or flow disruption.

Precision-Machined Flanges for Maximum Sealing
Constructed from ½-inch thick 304 stainless steel, the flanges are CNC-cut and surface-faced for perfect flatness. This ensures excellent gasket sealing, which improves both performance and reliability by preventing exhaust leaks and maintaining consistent flow through the system.

High-Strength Tubing with Enhanced Welds
The header’s runners are crafted from heavy-duty 1.75" 14-gauge stainless steel, built to withstand the heat and pressure of aggressive driving. Welded inside and out at the flange, each connection benefits from a smooth transition lip that promotes better flow while reinforcing structural integrity.

Complete Installation Made Easy
Each GrimmSpeed header kit includes premium gaskets and stainless hardware for a direct-fit installation on your 2022+ WRX. With its robust construction, refined design, and straightforward install process, this header delivers exceptional performance gains and long-term durability—all backed by GrimmSpeed’s commitment to quality.
