The Cusco Powerbrace crossmember brace (part number 692 492 M) replaces the thin factory front crossmember brace on the 2005-2009 Subaru Legacy GT. The front crossmember is the central point where suspension, engine, and transmission loads all apply their stress — Cusco's triangular linear design reinforces this high-stress area, preventing unwanted chassis flex and keeping suspension alignment static for improved steering response and chassis rigidity. Engineered with ANSYS stress-load simulation and tested on real vehicles and in motorsport, it bolts on reusing the factory hardware.
