276/276 Camshafts Mitsubishi EVO 9

Brian Crower cams for the 2006 Evo 9 (MIVEC) are manufactured to exacting precision. Brian Crower high performance Evo camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders to ensure accuracy and tolerances to within .02mm. Every Brian Crower Evo 8 and 9 camshaft profile has been prototyped and dyno tested for proven horsepower results prior to being produced. By grinding cores in high volume, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass the cost savings on to the end user. Brian Crower produces first-rate cams at affordable prices.

All Brian Crower Evo 8 and 9 cams are checked on a high speed, sub-micron accuracy measuring gauge. Brian Crower uses an Adcole Camshaft Measuring System with individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe. This instrument has .01 micron resolution, taking one datum point each 1/10th of a degree or 3,600 data points per revolution. Up to 200 Brian Crower cams per hour are checked for errors in rise and for any chattermarks.

Brian Crower 280 degree cams have a longer duration profile and added rpm potential. Intended for fully built engines, Tuning and ECU mods recommended. Requires kit BC0100.
