Per APR Performance, the GTC-200 Adjustable Wing is a high-performance aerodynamics component designed to optimize the aerodynamic balance of performance vehicles, primarily in motorsport and track applications. Engineered for high-efficiency downforce generation with minimal drag, APR says it is tailored for cars seeking improved cornering, braking stability, and high-speed balance.

APR says the airfoil shape was rendered through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and its cambered design creates an effective pressure differential across the upper and lower surfaces, maximizing airflow attachment and minimizing flow separation at high speed.

APR says the angle of attack is fully adjustable from 0 to 15 degrees: higher angles increase downforce for cornering and braking, while lower angles reduce drag for straight-line speed.

The wing mounts via adjustable risers made from high-strength 10 mm aircraft-grade 6061 billet aluminum, for fine-tuning wing height and position. APR describes the GTC-200 as a mid-sized wing for vehicles that need a less extreme aerodynamic solution than larger wings like the GTC-500, suited to track cars, time attack vehicles, and street-tuned cars. Mounting uses carbon fiber bottom plates for vehicle-specific fitment and aluminum bottom plates for universal fitment.

APR offers an optional gurney flap for added aerodynamic performance; mounted on the trailing edge of the airfoil, it increases downforce and reduces flow separation. APR lists it at 1/2" (12.70 mm) height, pre-impregnated woven carbon fiber, attached with 3M VHB double-sided tape.
