APR Performance Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser - 2004-2007 Subaru Impreza WRX/STI (APR Wide Body Only) (AB-820620)

Per APR Performance: APR Wide Body only.

Per APR Performance, diffusers work in conjunction with other aerodynamic components of a car to help produce downforce. As a car moves forward, the air behind it is disrupted, creating a vacuum of low-pressure air. A diffuser channels the high-speed airflow coming from underneath the car so it transitions smoothly into that low-pressure area at the rear. This encourages smoother airflow underneath the car and allows better performance from other aerodynamic components such as wings.
