Description

The AEM V2 Water/Methanol Injection Kit is a universal, tank-less water/methanol injection system for gasoline engines. Water/methanol injection reduces air inlet charge temperatures and suppresses detonation, and this kit uses a boost dependent controller with an on-board MAP sensor (up to 35 PSI of boost) to base injection flow on manifold pressure. No reservoir tank is included with this kit.

Does this fit my vehicle?
This is a universal-fit kit for gasoline engines. The boost dependent controller is designed for forced induction gasoline applications up to 35 PSI of boost.

What is included in the box?
The kit includes the boost dependent controller with on-board MAP sensor, the water/methanol injection pump, the billet-aluminum injector, three nozzles (250cc/min, 500 cc/min and 1,000cc/min), 20 feet of nylon tubing, the wiring harness and an LED dash light. No reservoir tank is included.

How is the system controlled?
The boost dependent controller uses an on-board MAP sensor (up to 35 PSI) so injection flow is based on manifold pressure, and it includes a Boost Safe failsafe output.

Is this kit legal for highway use in California?
No. This kit is legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway.
