Action Clutch Stage 1 HD Clutch Kit for Subaru WRX 2002-2005 2.0L Turbo AWD (Part #aonACR-1788-2OS)

The Action Clutch Stage 1 HD Clutch Kit (2OS) is designed specifically for Subaru WRX models from 2002 to 2005 equipped with the 2.0L DOHC EJ205 turbo engine. This kit provides a significant upgrade over stock components, making it ideal for drivers seeking improved performance for both street driving and mild track use. The kit features our reinforced Steel Backed Copper Kevlar Organic friction material, which ensures durable and consistent engagement even under increased torque loads. The heavy-duty pressure plate with a single diaphragm design offers increased clamping force, resulting in higher torque holding capacity and a more responsive pedal feel. Drivers can expect approximately 20% heavier pedal operation compared to our Stage 1 (1OS) kit, providing a more direct and confident driving experience.
At Action Clutch, safety and reliability are our priorities. The patented, fully enclosed spring retainers prevent spring dislodgement, protecting your engine and transmission from potential damage. Each clutch kit undergoes rigorous quality checks by experienced engineers with over 60 years of collective expertise, ensuring every product is safe and performs consistently. The Stage 1 HD Clutch Kit is recommended for those seeking a substantial upgrade that offers increased holding capacity without sacrificing drivability, making it perfect for daily drivers who push their vehicle a bit harder. Whether you're upgrading for added durability or enhanced performance, this clutch kit provides a reliable solution that balances power and safety.
