The PRL Motorsports High Volume Intake System (PRL-FL5-INT-HVI) is a high-volume air intake system for the 2023-2025 Honda Civic Type R (FL5) and the 2024-2025 Acura Integra Type S (DE5). The system uses an HDPE rotomolded air box with a cone filter and a secondary air duct, and it uses the factory air duct and seal for optimal airflow and heat-soak reduction.

Installation

PRL's installation guide estimates approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for installation. Required tools include a ratchet, a 6-inch to 12-inch extension, 10mm and 12mm sockets, a 1/4-inch hex socket, a torque wrench, pliers, Phillips and flat head screwdrivers, and a clip removal tool.
