Aftermarket Doors & Panels

The best aftermarket doors and panels depend on your goal: carbon fiber doors and a carbon rear hatch cut panel weight on a WRX or STI build, while rear window vents and ventilation panels add airflow for track days and hot cabins. This collection covers Subaru WRX and STI models from the 1998-2001 cars through the 2002-2007 and 2008-2014 hatch and the 2015-2021 cars, plus the 2008-2015 Evo X, so check your year and model.

Doors and hatches are among the largest panels on the car, so replacing them in carbon fiber is a serious weight and appearance change. Full replacements need careful alignment, latch and glass transfer, and professional fitting. Vent panels are the lighter-touch route: they let air move through the cabin, a common need in track cars without air conditioning. Browse the wider Exterior Trim range to plan a matched exterior.

Seibon supplies the carbon fiber panels here and is known for carbon hoods, trunks, doors, and aero parts for Japanese performance cars. Its listings here include carbon fiber front doors for the 2002-2007 WRX and STI, doors for the 1998-2001 cars, and a carbon fiber rear hatch for the 2008-2014 WRX and STI hatchback.

Perrin Performance takes the ventilation route with rear window vents for the 2015-2021 WRX and STI, listed as a final sale item here. Perrin is a long-established Subaru performance brand known for engine, suspension, and accessory parts for WRX and STI platforms, and these vents suit drivers who want cabin airflow without opening the front windows at speed. Cusco, a Japanese chassis and motorsport parts brand, offers rear window ventilation panels for the 2008-2015 Evo X, extending the same idea beyond Subaru. OLM covers the finishing detail with a dry carbon lower window sill cover for the 2015-2021 WRX and STI, part of its lighting and exterior trim range for late-model Subarus.

Good starting points are the Seibon carbon fiber front doors for the 2002-2007 WRX and STI, the Perrin rear window vents for the 2015-2021 WRX and STI, and the Cusco rear window ventilation panels for the 2008-2015 Evo X. Our guide to carbon fiber upgrades for your Subaru covers how large panels fit into a wider build.

Are carbon fiber doors a direct replacement?

They replace the outer door panel for the listed application, such as the 2002-2007 WRX and STI, but hardware, glass, and trim transfer and careful alignment are part of the job. Professional fitting is recommended, and check your year and model before ordering.

What do rear window vents do?

They let air flow through the cabin at speed, which helps on track days and in cars run without air conditioning. The Perrin vents here fit the 2015-2021 WRX and STI, and the Cusco panels fit the 2008-2015 Evo X.

Is the carbon rear hatch for sedan or hatchback models?

The Seibon rear hatch in this collection is for the 2008-2014 WRX and STI hatchback. Sedan models use a trunk lid instead, so confirm your body style before ordering.

Can I use carbon doors on a daily-driven car?

That is a personal call on cost, care, and local rules for road cars. Many owners reserve full carbon doors for track and show builds and choose vents or trim for a daily driver.
