Upgrade Your Ride with AWE Tuning Performance Exhausts

If you want to enhance your ride's power and sound, upgrading to an AWE-tuning performance exhaust system is the way to go. As an industry leader in high-flow exhaust systems for over 20 years, AWE Tuning offers exhausts that boost horsepower and torque while producing an aggressive exhaust note that will turn heads.

When it comes to exhaust systems, AWE Tuning sets the gold standard. Their exhausts feature mandrel-bent tubing for smooth airflow and increased performance. The smooth bends allow exhaust gases to exit more efficiently without turbulence, resulting in sizable power gains across the RPM range.

AWE exhaust uses aircraft-grade T304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and aluminum alloy piping to keep weight down. The quality materials and expert craftsmanship ensure maximum durability, so an AWE exhaust will last you for years to come.

Powerful, Efficient, & Stylish

AWE Tuning exhausts aren't just about performance - they look great, too! Their AWE exhaust systems come available with stylish tips in various finishes, like black, diamond black, polished silver, or brushed titanium. This allows you to customize the look of your exhaust tips to match your style. Whether you want an aggressive blacked-out look or prefer flashy chrome, AWE covers you.

For Subarus, AWE Tuning has made exhausts for nearly every model for the last two decades, including an AWE exhaust for your 2016 or 2017 WRX. Give your turbocharged WRX or STI more power with one of their turbo-back exhaust systems designed specifically for the FA20, EJ20, and EJ25 engines.

AWE also offers axle-backs and cat-backs for the latest 2022 WRX if you want an upgrade that maintains the factory turbo-downpipe. Their Subaru exhausts all deliver gains in horsepower and torque with minimal installation time.

Benefits of Upgrading to an AWE Tuning Exhaust System

Installing an aftermarket exhaust from AWE Tuning provides some major benefits:

• Horsepower & Torque Gains: By improving airflow and scavenging, AWE exhausts can add 15 to 25 wheel horsepower and up to 30 lb-ft of torque depending on your engine. You'll really feel these extra ponies across the entire RPM range.
• Improved Throttle Response: You'll notice much faster turbo spool up with reduced lag as well as crisper throttle response, making the engine feel more responsive.
• Aggressive Exhaust Tone: The tuned piping and angles result in a deep muscular exhaust sound at idle and a screaming tone at high RPMs that enhances the driving experience.
• Lighter Weight: The stainless steel and aluminum used in AWE exhausts shed pounds off the heavier stock cast iron exhaust components. Less weight = better handling.
• Durability: With high-quality T304 stainless steel, robotic MIG welding, and aluminum components, AWE exhausts will stand the test of time. You can count on years of performance.

How Aftermarket Exhausts Improve Fuel Efficiency

Installing an aftermarket exhaust system is one of the easiest ways to improve the fuel efficiency and gas mileage of your vehicle. Here's how it works:

• Reduced Back Pressure: The smooth mandrel bent piping in AWE exhausts allows exhaust gases to exit freely, lowering back pressure that can negatively impact MPG.
• Lower Weight: Lighter exhausts put less load on the engine since it doesn't have to work as hard to move mass, allowing it to work more efficiently and conserve fuel around town and on the highway.
• Improved Scavenging:  More complete scavenging equals more usable power per combustion cycle, meaning the engine doesn't have to burn extra fuel to make power.

Most drivers notice an improvement of 1 to 3 MPG after installing a high-flowing exhaust like an AWE system. It's a quick weekend project that makes your engine perform better and improves gas mileage. This is great option for older vehicles, like 2016 and 2017, that may have decreasing fuel efficiency.
