2022-2026 BRZ / GR86 Strut Bars

Strut tower bars tie the two front (or rear) strut towers together on your 2022-2026 BRZ / GR86, reducing chassis flex during hard cornering. The effect is subtle compared to sway bars or coilovers, but on a car that sees track time, the improved steering precision and consistency are real — and installation is usually under 30 minutes.

Front strut bars make the bigger difference on most applications since the front towers take the brunt of cornering loads. Rear bars help on hatchbacks and cars with less rear chassis rigidity. The bar must clear your intercooler, intake, and any aftermarket components under the hood — check clearance notes carefully if your engine bay is modified.

Construction is straightforward: a rigid bar with solid mounting plates. Hinged or folding designs compromise the stiffness you are paying for. Triangulated designs that tie into the firewall add more rigidity but complicate installation.

A strut bar is a supporting modification, not a transformation — buy it after sway bars and good tires, not before. Every bar here is confirmed for the 2022-2026 BRZ / GR86; filter by front or rear position.

When installing, torque the mounting nuts to spec with the car on the ground at normal ride height — tightening with the suspension hanging can preload the bar and introduce the very flex you are trying to eliminate. Re-check torque after the first heat cycle.
