Skunk2's cutting-edge Composite Fuel Rail for Honda's B-series engines is here. Skunk2's Composite Fuel Rails are made using a proprietary carbon-impregnated, aerospace thermo-polymer composite—a material that's 33-percent lighter, 60-percent stronger, and operates up to 100-degrees F cooler when compared to aluminum and insulates fuel from both radiant and conductive heat transfer underneath the hood, resulting in increased horsepower and torque. Composite Fuel Rails also feature large 0.625- in. internal bores for superior fuel injector pulsation dampening, are machined with a smooth interior finish, and feature radius-cut fuel injector outlets for improved flow characteristics. The special design that eliminates the sharp internal angles where the main bore meets the fuel injector bores inherent with conventional extruded- and drilled-aluminum designs can only be achieved with such composite materials. Skunk2 Racing Composite Fuel Rails are engineered for Honda B-series engines and provide a high-capacity fuel delivery solution for performance applications. Part number SKK350-05-5000 uses a proprietary carbon-impregnated aerospace thermo-polymer composite that helps insulate fuel from radiant and conductive underhood heat while offering improved strength and reduced weight compared with conventional aluminum rails.

• Supports up to 1,200 horsepower and is compatible with OEM fuel systems and all fuel types, including alcohol.
• Includes integrated -8 AN inlet and outlet connections, additional 1/8-inch NPT fuel pressure ports, and provisions for an OEM fuel pressure regulator.

The rail features a large 0.625-inch internal bore designed to help dampen fuel injector pulsation and maintain consistent fuel delivery. Its smooth internal finish and radius-cut injector outlets promote improved flow characteristics. The composite construction also eliminates the sharp internal transitions commonly found where the main bore meets the injector bores in extruded or drilled aluminum designs, helping create a more efficient fuel path.

Skunk2 Racing testing has shown fuel temperature operation up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit cooler than aluminum alternatives, with power gains of up to three percent under tested conditions. The integrated fittings make it easier to configure custom fuel lines, while the additional pressure ports support fuel system monitoring and tuning. This Composite Fuel Rail is designed for B-series engine applications in 1988-2000 Honda Civic models, including the del Sol, and 1990-2001 Acura Integra models. Professional installation and fuel system verification are recommended. This product is not CARB approved.

International and Special Shipping Considerations

Address Modifications and Fees

• Any modifications to a shipping address after an order is placed may be subject to additional fees.

Freight Shipping Guidelines

• Freight shipments require you to be present at the time of delivery.
• The delivery driver may provide a delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). It is crucial to inspect the shipment before signing.
• Carefully check the packaging for any visible damage (dents, punctures, rips) and notate it on the Bill of Lading.
• Open the package and inspect the product itself. If damage is found, document it in detail on the Bill of Lading, take photos, and contact the shipping company to initiate a damage claim.

• If the delivery driver is unable to wait for inspection, note this on the Bill of Lading.

Failure to document damages before signing the Bill of Lading will void any claims for refunds or replacements.

Pre-Installation Inspection Policy

We strongly recommend inspecting all parts or items upon arrival before installation. If you identify any damage, imperfections or missing components, report them immediately to sales@jdmuscleusa.com. Do not install the item. Please note that reports of damage, defects, imperfections or missing components after installation will NOT be honored.

Package Protection

We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes things happen. If you utilized our Checkout+ feature, rest assured that your package is protected! Cancellations

Refund Process

Return Shipping
