The 2-Row 42mm core greatly not only increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, but also improves the cores ability to dissipate heat. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. More cooling rows also improve the overall efficiency of the radiator. More cooling tubes means more surface area for the coolant's heat to dissipate from. CSF manufactures the most advanced and efficient radiator in the industry for your R33 Skyline. CSF uses innovative tube and fin technologies with industry-leading testing methods to maximize airflow and heat dissipation. The CSF #7230B Cooling product is designed to be a "Drop-In Fit" application. The product will install in the OEM Location with no modifications necessary unless otherwise noted or instructions are included in the product package. The CSF 7230B high-performance radiator is designed for 94-98 Nissan GT-R and GTS R33 models. Its 2-row, 42mm ultra-high-performance core increases coolant capacity and provides additional surface area for heat dissipation. The radiator is engineered as a direct drop-in replacement for the OEM location, with no modifications required unless otherwise noted by the manufacturer.

CSF's exclusive B-Tube technology improves heat transfer by approximately 15% compared with standard oval welded tubes. The radiator uses 75 cooling tubes and ultra-efficient 6.5mm multi-louvered fins to maximize surface area and airflow through the core. The 2-row, 42mm design supports improved thermal efficiency by providing more cooling tubes and additional coolant-to-air contact area, making it well suited for performance-focused R33 applications.

The CSF 7230B includes an M16 x 1.5P temperature sensor port with a pre-installed plug and a 1/8-inch NPT temperature sensor port on the top end tank. A 1.4-bar high-pressure radiator cap with an embossed CSF logo is included. Each radiator is individually leak and pressure tested before shipment and carries a 2-year limited warranty. Installation should follow the applicable manufacturer repair manual, and CSF recommends professional installation if you are not confident performing the work.

International and Special Shipping Considerations

Address Modifications and Fees

• Any modifications to a shipping address after an order is placed may be subject to additional fees.
• For single, small packages, the flat fee is $20. For larger or multiple packages, the fee may be up to $60 or more.

Freight Shipping Guidelines

• Freight shipments require you to be present at the time of delivery.
• The delivery driver may provide a delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). It is crucial to inspect the shipment before signing.
• Carefully check the packaging for any visible damage (dents, punctures, rips) and notate it on the Bill of Lading.
• Open the package and inspect the product itself. If damage is found, document it in detail on the Bill of Lading, take photos, and contact the shipping company to initiate a damage claim.

• If the delivery driver is unable to wait for inspection, note this on the Bill of Lading.

Failure to document damages before signing the Bill of Lading will void any claims for refunds or replacements.

Pre-Installation Inspection Policy

We strongly recommend inspecting all parts or items upon arrival before installation. If you identify any damage, imperfections or missing components, report them immediately to sales@jdmuscleusa.com. Do not install the item. Please note that reports of damage, defects, imperfections or missing components after installation will NOT be honored.

Package Protection

We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes things happen. If you utilized our Checkout+ feature, rest assured that your package is protected! Cancellations

Before placing an order, please confirm availability.

Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to fees to cover third-party transaction costs.

Once the order has been processed (packaged or tracking generated), cancellations are not allowed. Eligible items may be returned instead.

Special-order items cannot be canceled.

Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

Return Shipping
