Injen [22-24 Civic/Civic Si] [23-24 Integra] SP1586P Cold Air Intake - Polished Aluminum

The factory intake tract on the 2022-2024 Honda Civic and 2023-2024 Acura Integra is very restrictive from the factory and limiting power output by choking the turbo. The new Injen SP1586 cold air intake opens up that intake tract with a massive 3.00in aluminum intake tube that transitions into Injen Technology's patented step-down process called, MegaRam? Technology (or MR Technology? for short). This patented MegaRam? Technology allows the engineers at Injen to fine-tune fuel trims and maximize power output. Directly after the MR Technology? step-down, the system briefly enlarges to 2.50in before entering the factory turbo inlet. This is done to maintain airspeed for improved throttle response. The longer tube found on this cold air intake also promotes increased power across the entire RPM band and not just at the top-end like the majority of short-ram and enclosed systems. The Injen SP1586P SP Aluminum Series Cold Air Intake is designed for the turbocharged 1.5L four-cylinder engines in the 2022-2024 Honda Civic and Civic Si, along with the 2023-2024 Acura Integra. Replacing the restrictive factory intake tract, this true cold air intake uses smooth mandrel-bent aluminum tubing and Injen’s patented MegaRam (MR) Technology to improve airflow, maintain airspeed, and support responsive throttle operation.

• Power Gains: Dyno-proven gains of up to 10 horsepower, with torque gains of up to 11 lb-ft on applicable Civic models.
• Engineered Airflow: A 3.00-inch intake tube transitions through Injen’s MR Technology before briefly enlarging to 2.50 inches at the factory turbo inlet to help preserve airspeed.

The SP1586P is manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum tubing in 2.50-inch and 3.00-inch diameters. Its smooth internal surface helps eliminate unnecessary restrictions, while the longer intake design is engineered to support power throughout the RPM range rather than focusing only on peak engine speed. The system includes a fully serviceable Injen SuperNano-Web dry air filter and is designed to maintain air/fuel ratios without requiring additional tuning.

In addition to supporting improved airflow and throttle response, the intake produces a more aggressive engine tone under full throttle. The polished finish provides a clean appearance in the engine bay, and the system is backed by Injen Technology’s limited lifetime warranty. Replacement filter X-1014-BB and optional Hydroshield accessories 1033BLK and 1033RED are available separately. Compatible Injen components include the FM1586i front-mount intercooler and SES1586ICP charge pipes.

Orders typically take 24 hours to process, with shipping cut-off at 3:00 PM EST. Transit times vary based on location and carrier. International and Special Shipping Considerations

• International orders are subject to higher shipping fees. If you would like to review your shipping cost, email us at sales@jdmuscleusa.com with your full address and items you plan to purchase.
• In some cases, shipping costs may be incorrectly calculated for international or oversized items. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping fee and will work with you to negotiate a fair cost if needed.
• Customers can challenge and request a review of international shipping fees, and we’ll do our best to find a lower rate where possible.
• Customs Fees & Import Taxes: The shipping charge you pay does not include customs fees or import taxes. These charges vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more details before placing an order.
• Shipping Cost Adjustments: Shipping rates fluctuate, and while we strive to provide the most competitive rates, there may be instances where the shipping cost you paid is significantly lower than the actual cost. Address Modifications and Fees

• Any modifications to a shipping address after an order is placed may be subject to additional fees.
• For single, small packages, the flat fee is $20. For larger or multiple packages, the fee may be up to $60 or more.

Freight Shipping Guidelines

• Freight shipments require you to be present at the time of delivery.
• The delivery driver may provide a delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). It is crucial to inspect the shipment before signing.
• Carefully check the packaging for any visible damage (dents, punctures, rips) and notate it on the Bill of Lading.
• Open the package and inspect the product itself. If damage is found, document it in detail on the Bill of Lading, take photos, and contact the shipping company to initiate a damage claim.

• If the delivery driver is unable to wait for inspection, note this on the Bill of Lading.

Failure to document damages before signing the Bill of Lading will void any claims for refunds or replacements.

Pre-Installation Inspection Policy

We strongly recommend inspecting all parts or items upon arrival before installation. If you identify any damage, imperfections or missing components, report them immediately to sales@jdmuscleusa.com. Do not install the item. Please note that reports of damage, defects, imperfections or missing components after installation will NOT be honored.

Package Protection

We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes things happen. If you utilized our Checkout+ feature, rest assured that your package is protected! Cancellations

Once the order has been processed (packaged or tracking generated), cancellations are not allowed. Eligible items may be returned instead.

Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

Return Shipping
