Description

When designing these valves, GSC used advanced 3D design and simulation programs to create a stronger and higher flowing valve head design. Prototypes were used in the specific applications to make sure that they have the highest flowing valve head that is available on the market today. The materials they have used have less valve distortion at the face than any of the tested designs which allow for better sealing under extreme conditions to promote more consistent performance through the life of the valve.

Here are more key features:

Valve Features:

  • Swirl polished heads for smoother airflow over the valve
  • Back cut to reduce valve weight for higher rpm, higher boost pressure and allow for more aggressive cam profiles without increasing valve spring seat pressures.
  • Valve stems are micro-polished to allow for less oil retention on the stem which creates less drag on the stem to guide for a smoother motion.
  • Fully nitrated ( this includes the 45 which increases valve life and makes a better seal at the valve seat for improved cylinder pressure) also reduces carbon buildup on the backside of the valve.
  • Intake valves are a modified 21-4n stainless and Exhausts are a modified 23-8n stainless material for high heat capacity while maintaining longevity.
  • Valve tips are either hardened or have a stelite wafer tip fused so that the tip is within 5 Rockwell C of the rocker or valve tappet for extended life and less wear
  • Valve tip lengths. They have taken extra time to adjust tip heights on the applications to require less tipping of the valve to maintain proper tip height for proper valvetrain geometry and to cut down on install times when setting valve lash.
  • They have also adjusted the Keeper grove to properly balance intake and exhaust spring pressures to reduce the use of valve spring shims and maximize performance from their spring and retainer kits.

    Valves will work with an OEM keeper/lock or when available their upgraded keeper/lock. It's not mandatory but it is suggested that any valve lock not be reused on performance applications due to material grooving.

      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please send an email to sales@jdmuscleusa.com or use our return portal located at the top of the page to set up a return.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      Additional non-returnable items:

      • Giftcards
      • Special-ordered items, including anything custom products

       

      If you choose to email us to initiate a return, please ensure to include the following information in your email:

      • Your order number
      • Item(s) that you wish to return
      • Reason for returning

       

      Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer

      Please do NOT send back an item without setting up a return first

      Depending on your method of payment, transaction fees might not be refundable which ranges between 2.3% - 6% of the order value. Note this is charged by a third-party payment provider, not us. You may receive a full refund if you choose to receive a store credit instead.

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

      • Any item not in its original condition/ is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

       

      Some manufacturers would charge a restocking fee ranging from 10% - 30% of the original order value. Below is a list of some but now all of them, please be mindful when placing the order / considering a return:

      • ESR 30%
      • JDMuscle 15%
      • PLM 20%

       

      Cancellation

      Please ensure you have contacted us on availability before placing an order. All cancellations could be subject to 2.3% - 6% fee to cover transaction costs charged by third-party payment providers. You have 7 days to cancel an order, once the order has been processed(item packaged/ tracking number has been created), the cancellation will not be allowed but you may contact us for a return request if the item is eligible for return.

      Special-ordered items cannot be canceled.


      Refunds (if applicable)
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days(depending on the payment provider). The restocking fee might be applicable as noted in the return section.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      Once you have received an email/text from us stating the refund has been processed, at this stage, it's completely out of our control but depends on the payment providers to decide when the refund will show up in your bank. As noted, depending on the payment provider the process can take up to 10 business days(usually 3-5). If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank statement. A lot of times instead of a new line showing a reversal charge/credit, the payment would just disappear from your pending section.


      Contact your credit card company/financing company you used, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted but reaching out might help expedite the process.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was damaged/wrong/defective in which case we will cover shipping both ways. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and take no responsibility for any loss or damage during the return shipping.

      And please refer to the return shipping address as provided in the RMA / return instructions. A lot of times the return address can be different than the initial shipping address.

      Pre-Installation Inspection Policy:

      All parts or items received via mail must undergo a thorough inspection prior to installation. Any damage or imperfections identified during or after this inspection must be reported immediately to sales@jdmuscleusa.com, and the item should not be installed. Please note that reports of damage, defects, or imperfections submitted after installation will not be honored.
