verus-engineering-civic-ctr-fl5-brake-master-cylinder-brace
Verus Engineering [Civic CTR (FL5)] Brake Master Cylinder Brace

The Verus Engineering Brake Master Cylinder Brace addresses a common issue in street cars: brake master cylinder flex. The FL5 Honda Civic Type R's thin firewall sheet metal flexes while pressing the brake pedal, which leads to a vague feeling in the brake pedal on track. Verus developed this kit to dramatically reduce that movement — measuring approximately 76% less deflection compared to OEM — for a firmer, more confident brake pedal feel. A great addition to your CTR if you track the car or simply want improved brake pedal feel. The units are produced in-house on 5-axis CNC machines in Indianapolis, Indiana, and are bright-dip anodized, laser engraved in-house, and proudly made in the USA.

Dramatically reduces brake master cylinder flex for a firmer, more confident brake pedal feel

Verus measured approximately 76% less deflection compared to OEM

Eliminates the vague brake pedal feel caused by thin firewall sheet metal flex

Produced in-house on 5-axis CNC machines in Indianapolis, Indiana

Bright-dip anodized and laser engraved in-house; proudly made in the USA

Great addition for tracked cars or anyone wanting improved brake pedal feel

Note: fits left-hand drive (LHD) models only

Note: anodized parts can potentially fade over time due to engine bay heat

Part Number: A0676A (available in A0676A-BLK, A0676A-BLU, A0676A-RED)

Fitment: Honda Civic Type R (FL5) — LHD only
